1. Install the Android version of the "pea pod" for the device, and install the pea pod on the computer (my computer fails to install the driver). You can only choose Automatic Installation.

2. for Android 4.0, go to Settings> developer Options> USB debugging.

3. After the driver is installed, click "run" on the computer and enter "ADB devices" in cmd to check whether the device is correctly connected to the computer.

4. If the connection is correct, go to eclipse, run configerition-> targets and select Manual

5. debug select peripherals for debugging
