[Android Development]emulator issues that cannot be started

EMULATOR:ERROR:X86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration!

Emulator:Warning:Quick Boot/snapshots not supported on the this machine. A CPU with the EPT + UG features is currently needed. We'll address this on a future release.
