Android Studio supports unit tests by default, as opposed to eclipse.
Once you've created a new project, you'll find that you've created a Applicationtest class,



Similarly, suppose you have implemented a compute percent function that requires testing, code:

The steps are as follows:

A test class creates a new test class in the Applicationtest package to perform our function, and this class needs to inherit the instrumentationtestcase.
