Steps

Open the Setup interface of the Android SDK and press the configuration below

Menu-Packages-reload

Quick Download SDK

Through the above configuration, the latest SDK files can be loaded normally, but the download speed is still very slow, anyway, I only have here 50k/s .

First open your SDK directory, you can see here

Emptying the Temp directory

Back to Android SDK admin download you want something here I'll take the Android TV ARM EABI V7a System Image example below

Return to the temp directory to discover sysimg_atv_arm-21_r01.zip andsysimg_atv_arm-21_r01.zip.inf

Processing URL: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/ +sysimg_atv_arm-21_r01.zip

or URL: http://mirrors.neusoft.edu.cn/android/repository/ +sysimg_atv_arm-21_r01.zip

Eventually:

Put it into the Thunderbolt and download it to the temp directory and delete the .inf file
