Android Studio will go to the fetching SDK every time, because the Android SDK website we are still not connected so every time the interface to stop there for a long.

The workaround is to set the function to cancel each fetching SDK.
Just add the following at the end of the Idea.properties file in Android Studio:

#disable first rundisable.android.first.run=true

Restart as, fix it!
