Open-source project eoe community Android Client

• Startup Process, AndroidManifest. the START Activity registered in xml is "cn. eoe. app. ui. splashActivity, and then enter the main interface. The Activity corresponding to the main interface is "cn. eoe. app. ui. mainActivity ".
• Program functions include: Community selection, news, tutorials, and community blogs.
