(1) Make/system folder readable and writable
#adb Shell
# mount-o Remount,rw-t yaffs2/dev/block/mtdblock3/system

(2) Import the required sqlite3 files to the/system/xbin directory.
(You can create a new emulator, export the sqlite3 from/system/xbin, get the Sqlite3 file, or export it from another machine with a sqlite3 file) # adb push Sqlite3/system/xbin

(3) Modify Sqlite3 Permissions # chmod 4755/system/xbin/sqlite3
(4) Set/system as read-only file # Mount-o remount,ro-t yaffs2/dev/block/mtdblock3/system
(5) At this point, you can use the Sqlite3 command to manipulate the SQLite database.
