Annex-b format

In general, there are two ways to package the H264 stream, a annex-b byte stream format , which is the default output format for most encoders, that is, the four-byte bytes at the beginning of each frame are H264 start_code, 0x00000001 or 0x000001.
The other is the original NAL packaging format , that is, the beginning of a number of bytes (1,2,4 bytes) is the length of nal, rather than Start_code, at this time must rely on a global data to obtain the Profile, level, pps of the encoder, Information such as SPS can be decoded.
