If you are a user who often buys apps in the App Store, I am sure there will be an experience of buying an unhappy app, and some students may know that they can submit a refund application to Apple, but I believe there are still a large number of students who do not know about the "cheats" or know about it. Today, Xiao-bian has a simple ten-step graphic demo that teaches you how to use ITunes (MAC and PC) to get a refund for the app Store.
How to apply for the app Store refund
First step: Open the desktop side of ITunes.
Step Two: Click on the button in the upper right corner to enter the ITunes Store.
Step three: Click on your Apple ID (email address) button and select "Account" option in the Pull-down menu.
Fourth step: Enter your Apple ID password login.
Step Fifth: Find the "Buy records" option and click "Show All".
Sixth step: Click the "Report Problem" button.
Seventh step: ITunes will jump to another page, display the receipt for all applications under the same lot, click on the arrow icon on the left to enter the Order Details page.
Eighth Step: Click "Report Problem" on the Order Details page, and then click the "Report problem" option on the right side of the page where you want to refund the application.
Nineth step: At this point, ITunes will jump to the browser's Apple support page, display the details of each application in the order, and select an application to refund it (sometimes before you log in to your Apple ID).
Step Tenth: Select your question in the Pull-down menu, and then enter the box below to describe your refund in detail (remember to use it directly in Chinese) and click the "Submit" button.
Note: Your application for a refund must be within 90 days of purchase, otherwise Apple will not be entertained.
The next thing you need to do is to wait for a reply, although the final decision on whether the refund is successful is Apple, but as long as your refund reason makes sense, I believe that Apple will soon give you a successful refund of the email reply.
