Apple 5s MO New message does not prompt resolution

Check the message notification in the MO settings

1. In the mobile phone we open the MO and then click on the interface "message notification" as shown in the picture.

2. Then enter the notification settings to see all of our message settings state.

3. If we are all open, we can try to "exit the current Account"

4. Then prompt to click "OK" and then login again.

Check the system for message notifications

1. In the Apple 5S we click "Settings" as shown in the image to open

2. Then we find the "Notification Center" open as shown in the figure.

3. We look at the "Mo" and click on it to enter.

4. Then check to see if the option switches that are identified in the following figure are open, as shown in the figure
