Solutions

First, delete your account and try again! Click "Settings", click "Mail, Address Book, Calendar", select the mailbox type NetEase mailbox is not in the list, so please select "other".


Second, please fill in your mailbox name, enter the address of the mailbox, the wrong password (the Apple system defaults to use POP3, if you need to use IMAP service, you need to write the wrong to modify), the description can not be filled out, and then click "Next". Recipient Server Host Name: imap.163.com Sender Server Host name: Smtp.163.com.


Third, after you save the account information settings, the system automatically verifies the account information when prompted: "Cannot connect using SSL do you want to set up an account without SSL?" Select No, and then set up an SSL account (if you choose Yes, you can also complete the setting, and the port number should be set to 143).
Four, you will be prompted to ask if you want to store your account, select "Store"; go back to the previous level menu and show the account you have set up and click to change the settings for this account.
