According to the Phoenix Science and Technology blog website AppleInsider News, the local time late in Friday, the patent lawsuit against Samsung, Apple to the California District Court to submit two motions: A court decision to permanently ban Samsung infringing products, and another request to re-trial patent infringement cases, Try to get more compensation.

In one of its motions, Apple said that the demand for a permanent ban on Samsung infringing products was due to the continued sale of these products, which would cause irreparable damage to Apple and could not be compensated for by money.

It is understood that Apple's request for a banned Samsung device includes: Admire,galaxy nexus,galaxy note,galaxy Note 2,galaxy s Ii,galaxy S II Epic 4G touch,galaxy S II Skyrocke T,galaxy S III, and stratosphere.

In addition, Apple has asked the court to reopen the case to determine that more Samsung products are infringing on Apple's patents, resulting in three times times the amount of compensation awarded to Apple by the previous jury.

Earlier this month, U.S. courts ruled on Apple's Samsung patent lawsuit. The jury agreed that the network POS agent, Samsung violated Apple's five lawsuits in three patents, should compensate Apple $119.6 million, but the amount is much lower than Apple's $2.2 billion compensation request, leading to Apple's dissatisfaction with the case trial.

Florian Mueller, a patent expert at FOSS patents, says that even if Apple wins the ban, Samsung is likely to quickly use the alternative to defuse the crisis by bypassing Apple's alleged patent charges. Mueller also said that Samsung had filed a secret motion with the court in Friday, Mueller that Samsung was seeking partial or total reversal of the jury's previous rulings.
