ArcGIS 9.3 installation tutorial

1.First install the startup(esricmd.exe file (first install license manager, then install desktop )....
Click ArcGIS license Manager, browse the following file, first modify it to the name of your computer (Arc_Info9.lic file), and then call the installation.

2.After installation, copy the following five Files to the following directory: C: \ Program Files \ ESRI \ License \ arcgis9x

Change the license. dat file in the following folder to the name of your computer.
Copy it to the installation directory: C: \ Program Files \ ESRI \ License \ arcgis9x

 
Then restart the computer, as if the win7 system does not need to be restarted.

3.Click startup(esricmd.exe, then ArcGIS Desktop, and select ArcInfo and Complete until the end.

4.Open the license manager in all programs/ArcGIS...

Select Config Services.
The first browser is C: \ Program Files \ ESRI \ License \ arcgis9x \ lmgrd.exe.
The second browsing method is C: \ Program Files \ ESRI \ License \ arcgis9x \ license. dat.
The third choice is C: \ Program Files \ ESRI \ License \ arcgis9x \ ARCGIS_LM. LOG (I don't have this file, but others contributed it to me)
Then select save
Next, choose Start/Stop/Reread.
Sequence of stop-start-reread-stop-start
Switch to Server Diags and see Perform Diagnostics.
This license can be checked out should be displayed

5.Copy the following file:
C: \ Program Files \ ArcGIS \ Data Interoperability Extension

6.Then select: All Programs/ArcGIS/Desktop Administrator
The following dialog box is displayed.
Select ArcInfo (Floating) in Software Product)
Select change in License Manager and write localhost
