After one afternoon, I finally published my own example as Feature Service, so that I can edit it on the web. Record the steps.
Environment: You have installed SQL Server 2008 R2, ArcGIS for desktop 10.2, ArcGIS for server 10.2, ArcSDE 10.2 for SQL Server 2008
Preparations:
1. Create Geodatabase, refer to http://www.cnblogs.com/oceanking/p/3892584.html
2. Add a database connection, Register managed database in GIS server, refer to http://www.cnblogs.com/oceanking/p/3894070.html
Next, let's start with the question:
1. Double-click to Open c: \ Program Files \ ArcGIS \ Server \ framework \ etc \ data \ worldcities. mxd
2. Click "file"-> "map document properties" to open the dialog box.
Click the small folder button next to "Default Geodatabase" at the bottom, press the action, select database connections, and select the. Sde connection file that has been created. Do not double-click it. Click Select and then click Add.
3. Clear the database (mainly to prevent repeated data and thus the database cannot be created successfully. I have encountered this problem)
Open arccatalog and double-click "database connections"-> "connection to localhost. Sde"
If there is data below, right-click Delete. Note that the database connection is not deleted.
4. Publish a service
Click "file"-> "share as"-> "service ..."
Select "Publish a service" and click Next.
Select a server, enter a proper name, and click Next. In the next dialog box, click Continue.
In the displayed dialog box, click capabilities on the left, and then click "feature access" on the right"
Click analyze in the upper right corner to check whether there is any problem. If there is no error, you can click Publish and wait for a while to complete it. If there is an error, check the solution based on the specific error.
