A title problem appears, which resolves as follows:

Add code: ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.BindLicense (ESRI. ArcGIS.ProductCode.EngineOrDesktop)

Vb:

In the Form1.Designer.vb:

Add ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.BindLicense (ESRI. Form1.initializecomponent () to the front of the ArcGIS.ProductCode.EngineOrDesktop)

C#:

In the Program.cs

Program.main () added ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.Bind (ESRI. ArcGIS.ProductCode.EngineOrDesktop);

When installing ArcEngine10.1, it is important to note the order and the reverse order may cause the above error:

Reason for error: Arcengine and ArcGIS Desktop can be installed separately after version 10.0, but developing arcengine applications requires binding an exact ArcGIS Desktop installer.
