Assume that there are three hosts, the ip address of the Internet is 202.202.202.100, the gateway is 202.202.202.254, the gateway is installed with apaserv, And the apache service port is 80.
In the middle of the linux system, the nat service is provided. There are two NICs. The eth0 ip address is 202.202.254, the gateway is 202.202.254, The eth1 ip address is 192.168.1.254, And the gateway is 192.168.1.254, when iptables is disabled, the Intranet host can ping the internet.
The ip address on the Intranet is 192.168.1.100, And the gateway is 192.168.1.254.
I would like to ask, if I open iptables, define the default rule as all drop of input chain, all drop of forward chain, and all accept of output chain, so how do I define rules so that the Intranet can access http services on the Internet?
Do I have to add rules for both the forward chain and the postrouting chain?
