Description
1. There are 4 types of starting points in the attendance rules, which are related to the start and end times of the shifts on the schedule template, which is explained by using the scheduling template for this attendance rule:
allow start: Start time-swipe up before, according to the shift on the schedule template, allow to start is 8 points-60 minutes, that is, 7 points to allow the start ;
start: Start time, according to the shift on the schedule template, start is 8 points ;
End : End time, according to the shift on the schedule template, the end is 17 points;
allow end: End time + swipe after, according to the shift on the schedule template, the allowable end is 17 points 30+60 minutes, that is, 18:30 is allowed to end .
2. The offset direction, the offset value, and the offset type are all based on the starting point and the specific time is obtained. So
A. Allow to start 0 minutes back to work: meaning is to allow 0 minutes after the start time to work , combined with the first note, that is, 7 points after the clock to work;
B. Start late 5 minutes backwards: meaning that 5 minutes after the start time is late , combined with the first note, that is, after 8:05 clock-out is late;
c. Intermediate Punch-Out invalid start backward 30 minutes: meaning is 30 minutes after the start time invalid punch -in, combined with the first note, that is, after 8:30 clock-out calculation is invalid, that is not counted;
d. Leave early to end 30 minutes forward: meaning is 30 minutes before the end of the time to leave, combined with the first note, is 17 points after the punch-out;
E. 5 minutes from the end of the work: meaning is 5 minutes before the end time to work , combined with the first note, that is 17 points 25 after the clock out of work;
It is important to note that the rules between the neighbors are related, and the front end point is the beginning of the back.
