One day, I repeatedly started the machine several times, and then pressed the power key, but it didn't respond. After my check, it turns out that the power supply is not working and there is no voltage on all the feet.
At first, I thought the fuse was burned out due to frequent start, but I took the power off and saw that the insurance was good. Measured with a multimeter, the circuit is indeed powered on. Then, the DC voltage after the rectification bridge is measured. The speed is v. If there is no protection, it means that the rectification bridge, the large capacitor, and the switch are good. It seems that the fault is not preliminary, but there is no short circuit in the secondary node. If there is a short circuit, the protection circuit will cut off the power supply and make a beep. At this time, I did not hear any sound, which indicates that there is no secondary problem. But what is the problem?
Find the ATX Power Supply Work diagram. The starting part of the image is the rectification bridge, followed by two lines. One is connected to the switch and the other is connected to the auxiliary circuit. I suddenly realized that there was something wrong with the auxiliary power supply? The biggest difference between ATX power supply and at power supply is that it provides an auxiliary power supply to control the entire power supply switch and the power supply during computer software switching and sleep. Back to the circuit board, it is true that the ATX power supply has a pipe more than the at power supply, is there a problem? Therefore, it can be tested under welding without breakdown. Check the surrounding circuit and finally find that there is an infinite resistance at both ends of the resistance. It must have been broken down. I went to the electronic store to configure the store immediately, but the shopkeeper smiled and told me that it was an insurance resistor of 1/8 Watts and 0.47 euros. It was a rare thing and the store was not sold. Go home and think about it. Since it is an insurance resistor, a wire can be used to replace the surrounding components in good condition. So one by one check of the surrounding components, after confirming that there is no damage, so a wire instead of the resistance, welding on the circuit. After welding power, measuring the main board interface voltage, PS-ON has 5 V voltage. Connect it to the Black Ground Wire and the fan starts to turn. The other voltage groups are also measured within the specified range. It took 14 hours to start up. No problem.
In this way, the ATX power supply has been repaired by my "half-barrel water. I am very happy to write it out and hope it will be helpful to you.
Note: If you are not familiar with the power supply, you are advised to ask a professional for help.
