To use the AutoCorrect feature first you need to know how to turn on (or off) This feature and turn on the AutoCorrect feature by clicking the "Tools" menu bar-the AutoCorrect Options menu item, opening the AutoCorrect dialog box, and selecting the AutoCorrect tab. Select the appropriate check box in the dialog box as needed, and click OK.
There are a number of check boxes on the AutoCorrect tab, each of which represents an AutoCorrect feature. The meanings of their respective representatives are listed below:
Show AutoCorrect Options when AutoCorrect Options button is automatically corrected
Correct the first two letters in consecutive capitals change the second uppercase letter of the first two letters of the word to lowercase
Capitalize the first letter of each sentence into uppercase
The first letter of the table cell is entered in the initial letter of the table cell
The first letter of the English date to capitalize the first English letter of the English date
Correct accidental use of CAPS LOCK keys will change the uppercase letter entered for the Caps lock key to lowercase, resulting in a capitalization error and turning off the "Caps lock" key
Automatically replaces the corresponding entry name with the entry in the list box as you type.
