AVAYA AEP Transport Koriyuki Backup and recovery

In the daily operation, it often involves the backup of the application configuration and the backup of application data, this paper summarizes the methods of backup and recovery related to AEP. The AEP default configuration and data is stored in your own PostgreSQL data.

• Backup

• Recovery

  1:root logging into the EPM server

  2:: Stop the EPM Service separately except for database PostgreSQL

  #/sbin/service vpms stop

  #/sbin/service avpsnmpagentsvc Stop

# CD$AVAYA_HOME/Support/Database/DBbackup

   3:If the backup file is on the remote server :

   则先执行：#bash DO_MNTDRV Mount Remote Path
#bash do_restoredata Data Recovery

If the backup file is Local:

Then execute: #do_RestoreData-F/opt/avaya/backup/

Please restart VPMS service.
