[2] Simple Evaluation
The provided test sequence is a piece of "Jinwu family. Resolution: About 640x280 ?,
The file size is 45 mb. the decoder demo does not provide the program duration, so the compression efficiency cannot be evaluated. Note: add the corresponding content in the source code.CodeYou can do it.
Configuration of the machine used for testing:
Intel P4 2.4g, 512 m ddr ram, Win2k professional
Test results and subjective feelings:
CPU usage: 100%
Memory usage: 14 MB
Estimated Decoding Frame Rate: 15fps (assuming 25-30fps at the original time)
Image Quality:
The texture complex area is very clear, especially the contour of the object is very clear.
The smoothing area is not a completely solid color area, the image quality is poor, and the color is not a smooth transition. It is like the contour lines drawn by MATLAB, And the jump of a segment is changed.
There are serious decoding quality problems during lens switching, which may lead to many small red color blocks. I don't know whether it is a decoding error or the original code stream.
