The following figure is a simple description of each block in the Axure RP environment and interface. Enlarge diagram
Main Menu/Tool columns: In the main Menu and toolbar, you can perform common action commands, such as opening and storing files, outputting prototype or spec files.
Sitemap pane: The Sitemap pane renders the Web page that you design in a tree-like manner, where you can add, remove, rename, and organize the Web pages you design.
Widgets pane: Contains a list of commonly used user interface objects, such as buttons, images, Text panel, and rectangle, which you can design directly by dragging.
Masters pane: Here you can add, remove, rename, and organize the designed master. Master is a collection template (Temlate) that accommodates a number of interface elements, and you can design common shared chunks into master, and reuse master in future design wireframe to improve planning efficiency.
Wireframe pane: You can design page information elements, organize content, design interfaces, design interactive features, and so on in this pane. In the future, these well-designed pages can be exported as prototype or spec files.
Interactive Design (interaction) pane: A wide range of interactions, from the most basic hyperlinks, pop-ups, to dynamic display and hide widgets. You can define the interaction of the widget in this pane.
Object Annotation (Annotation) pane: You can annotate the widget to specify functionality, and you can add and customize the widget's annotations in this pane.
Page descriptions and interactions (pages notes & Interactions) pane: You can add a page-level description and interaction effect to the design in this pane.
