Azure AD Connect Manual Sync

We currently use the Tools Azure AD Connect directory Sync tool to synchronize user information for the local domain controller to office365 and Azure

Use Windows Task Scheduler or a separate Windows service to trigger the synchronization process in the previous directory Synchronization tool

But the new Sync tool, Azure AD Connect, is a built-in scheduler that was launched with Build 1.1.105.0 (released in February 2016).

To view your current configuration settings, go to PowerShell and run

Get-adsyncscheduler

Run from PowerShell If you need to run the cycle manually

Start-adsyncsynccycle-policytype Delta  #将启动增量同步周期;

To start a full synchronization cycle, run at the PowerShell prompt

Start-adsyncsynccycle-policytype Initial   #这将启动完全同步周期
