Bank of Communications Online Banking cannot enter the account and password. Why?

1. Go to "Bank of Communications online banking" in the browser and click the installation wizard.

2. If you are an enterprise, you can select personal online banking for the individual, as shown below:

3. After installation, we can see the security control. Then click "full experience" or "quick experience".

4. Click repair with one click, and then click the Bank of Communications link.

After the fix, let's see if you can enter the password in the password box. If you cannot enter the password, restart the browser or use another browser to try it out. This is mainly about installing the plug-in.
