Batch Delete PDF comments

When viewing PDF documents such as e-books, you generally like to add some tags or notes on them, but sometimes you need to restore the document to its original state. In this case, you can use a single Delete method (when there are few comments) or the following method to delete all the tags and comments in the entire PDF document:

 

1. Open Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and choose advanced> document processing> batch processing ...";

2. In the "batch processing sequence" dialog box, click "create sequence;

3. Enter a name in the pop-up dialog box (here, enter "delete all comments ");

4. in the displayed "Edit batch processing order" dialog box, click "SELECT command... "button. In the" Edit sequence "dialog box, pull the scroll bar to the bottom, select" delete all comments ", and click" add "on the right;

 

OK. Now the preliminary work has been completed. That is to say, you have created a batch for Adobe Acrobat. Now you can delete the comment using the batch process just created:

 

5. In the "batch processing sequence" dialog box, select "delete all comments", click "Run sequence", and click "OK" in the displayed dialog box ";

6. Select the PDF document to be deleted.

 

In this case, open your PDF document and check whether all the comments have been cleared.
