Beaglebone Black Development Board parameter introduction

Beaglebone Black (Rev C) is a AM3358 processor-based development kit from Shenzhen Technology Co., Ltd. The processor integrates an arm cortex™-a8 core of up to 4GHz and provides a rich peripheral interface. element14 beaglebone Black (Rev C) expansion interface includes the network port, USB Host, USB OTG, TF card interface, serial port, JTAG interface (default not welded), HDMI D type interface, EMMC, ADC, I²c, SPI, PWM and LCD screen interface.

Beaglebone Black (Rev C) is used in a wide range of applications to meet the diverse needs of gaming peripherals, home and industrial automation, consumer medical devices, printers, smart charging systems, intelligent vending machine weighing systems, educational terminals and advanced toys.

The Universal interface includes 4 sets of universal input and output interfaces (GPIO), each set of GPIO modules provides 32 dedicated universal interface input and output pins, so a generic gpio can be up to 128 (4x32) pins. The programmable real-time unit and the Industrial Communications Subsystem (PRU-ICSS) contain two 32-bit RISC cores (programmable real-time units, i.e. Prus), memory, terminal controllers, and internal peripherals capable of supporting more peripheral interfaces and protocols.

The POWERVR®SGX Graphics accelerator subsystem is used for 3D graphics acceleration to support display and game effects, and the main features of this subsystem are as follows:

1.tile-based architecture with up to 20mploy/seconds of processing power
2. The universal extensible rendering engine is a multi-threaded engine with pixel and vertex rendering capabilities
3. Advanced rendering feature instruction set over Microsoft VS3.0, PS3.0, and OGL2.0
4. Industry standard API, support Direct3D Mobile, Ogl-es 1.1 and 2.0, OpenVG 1.0 and OpenMAX
