1. Delay deviation (Skew):
The difference in the length of different line pairs in the same cable leads to a difference in the time it takes for the signal to reach the end point in different line pairs in the cable, and the maximum difference is the delay deviation.
2. Near-end Crosstalk (Next):
In a string loop, the crosstalk received at the same end of the signal source in the main string loop is called near-end crosstalk.
3. Transmission Delay (propagation delay):
The time required for the signal to pass through the cable;
4. Attenuation (attenuation):
Describes the change in signal amplitude after the transmission of a signal through a cable.
5. Return loss (return Loss):
An indicator that measures the cable's characteristic impedance uniformity and cable consistency.
6. Attenuation of the crosstalk ratio (ACR):
Near-end crosstalk attenuation and attenuation difference values.
7. Equivalent remote crosstalk (elfext):
The remote crosstalk value minus the attenuation value of the line.
8. Near-end crosstalk power and (Psnext):
Each pair of lines is calculated by a formula based on the effect of a separate near-end crosstalk from other three pairs of lines.
9. Attenuation of the crosstalk power and Ratio (PSACR):
The difference between the near-end crosstalk power and the attenuation.
10. Equivalent remote crosstalk power and (Pselfext)
All remote interference signals work simultaneously, forming a combination crosstalk on the receiving line.
