Caps LOCK cannot be turned off after the CapsLock key is pressed on the keyboard

1, first click the Start Menu-Control Panel option, in the open Control Panel to set the view as a large icon, and then choose to open the regional and language option;

2, in the Open Area and Language dialog box, switch to the "Keyboard and Language" tab, click the "Change Keyboard" button;

3, then in the text service and input language interface, switch to the "Advanced Key Settings" tab, and then in the "to close CAPS Lock" column Select "Press CAPS LOCK button (L)", and then click OK Exit.
