Mingle is an agile software development and management tool that will be released soon. Many new features are added in this version. Of course, the main function is card trees.
You can establish parent-child relationships between various types of cards. These relationships use a tree structure to demonstrate the complexity of a project.
You can build different trees for different purposes or for different team roles. The Project Manager may want to have a scheduler tree for WBS decomposition (work breakdown structure), while business analysts want to use the story tree to split a feature into a set of different and related functions, however, the test team wants to break down the test scenario into more precise use cases.
At the same time, the defined trees can be aggregated at any level based on the inheritance relationships you designed to generate metric data. For example, you may estimate each story. If a feature is composed of multiple story, you can see how much work this feature needs to do.
Of course, the above is just a few examples of simple applications. The biggest feature of mingle is customization. It is up to you to give full play to its powerful functions.
