Case 2 of using scrum for project management

We haven't seen you for a long time. Last time I said that I would like to continue sharing some of the iteration Review Meeting practices. We have held two iteration Review Meeting meetings since our iteration cycle is relatively short (one week), so we adopt two consecutive meetings: iteration review and Iteration Planning.

After two iteration review meetings, we learned the problem of the first iteration review and made many improvements in the second iteration review. First, we made more calm preparations, before iteration review, we packed our software and released a version that can run on the local machine. In this case, you can immediately enter the demo stage at the meeting to avoid wasting your time. The second improvement, we will review the previous iteration. We will not answer the questions we have made one by one. Instead, let everyone write down their ideas with a prepared Note. Each person should write at least one good aspect and one bad aspect. After writing this article, everyone will come to the stage to share with you, and ask each article to cite the actual examples in the previous iteration. Such sharing is more valuable. I think the effect is very good. In the end, I will make a summary of the good aspects so that everyone can continue to develop in the next iteration. In the negative aspect, I selected the most important two-three articles for analysis. We discussed and proposed some feasible solutions and asked them to make improvements in the next iteration. I feel a little bit about myself. I don't think it makes sense to take meetings in the form, but to truly play its role. Preventing it is a waste of time for all participants. It is a terrible thing.
