CHM file cannot be opened

I studied the reason why the CHM file could not be opened and re-registered several DLL files.

Later, I found that a JS Manual could be downloaded and copied to another location.

We found that the path to the directory to be copied contains Chinese characters. Copy the JS manual to the English directory and open it again.

So I found a solution that could not be opened. I changed the CHM File to English and copied it to a pure English path.

Maybe because my operating system is in the English version of win2003 ice, I don't know if this problem will happen in the Chinese version.
