Chrome is incompatible with position:fixed solution

Today, when I do a floating layer back to the top, I find that ie7+ and Firefox are normal, but I don't see the floating layer under chrome.

The top icon is not visible under Chrome, and the original CSS definition is as follows:

You just need to change the original right:50px to right:10%, and you'll be able to display it properly under chrome.
