Chrome online App Store always shows 'checking 'Solution

Recently, chrome of Dev will remain in the checking stage when installing the extension of "Chrome online App Store" and cannot be installed. Here is a solution:

For example, to install tampermonkey BETA:

① Finding this extension address on the https://chrome.google.com/webstore is a https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gcalenpjmijncebpfijmoaglllgpjagf
② Will the https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx? Response = redirect & X = ID % 3d _____ % 26uc
In _____
Replace it with the ID number of the extended app in the App Store, that is, the last part of the URL above: gcalenpjmijncebpfijmoaglllgpjagf
After replacement is similar to this: https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx? Response = redirect & X = ID % 3 dgcalenpjmijncebpfijmoaglllgpjagf % 26uc
④ Copy the replaced URL to the address bar and press enter to install the extension.
