Citrix client-side release wfshell.exe-solution to application errors

Server Environment: Windows Server 2003 enterprise SP2 + Citrix MetaFrame XP fr3

Client environment: Citrix MetaFrame Program Neighborhood version 9.00.32649 (package for Web login)

Error: the following error occurs in both client logon and web Logon: wfshell.exe-ApplicationProgramError: "0x00000000" memory referenced by the "0x00000000" command. The memory cannot be "read.

Solve the access request: after testing, all clients have this error and you can determine that it is a server configuration problem. The check may be due to the high Agent version of the client, upgrade Citrix MetaFrame XP fr3 SP4 on the server. After the upgrade, the customer will not receive any error messages.
