This article describes the configuration after PVS is installed.

This document describes how to configure PVs and DHCP.

1. Configure the PVS Server

First install sqlexpress2005 on the PVS Disc

Double-click the file to decompress the file.

Select All to install, and the others will not be described in detail.

Open configuration from the Start MenuProgramTo start configuration.

Default Configuration Wizard

Click the service to run on this computer

Verify that PXE runs on this computer

Create a group

Select database server and Local Database Server

No need to change the default configuration

Enter the name of the authorization server. Here, we enter the name based on your own authorization server. The following sections will show you how to install and change the authorization server.

To start the service, select the local system account for the local system account. Do not select the network account shown in the figure. Otherwise, an error will occur when the service cannot be started! Remember!

Access PVS ports, etc.

Enable TFTP, And the TFTP file name is the default ardbp32.bin

The following describes how to configure DHCP so that the client can start the image from the network.

2. Configure DHCP

Open the DHCP server, click scope options, and right-click Configuration options.

Enter the IP address of the PVS server in 066

In 067, enter the ardbp32.bin

Click OK.
