Complete tutorial on Windows local Oracle 11g installation (WINDOWS10 installation)

1. Download the Oracle 11g R2 for Windows version, as follows

2. Extract the two compressed packages to the same directory, i.e. "database", and click on the "setup.exe" file under the extracted directory as shown in:
