Compress gadgets (compress multiple files with a date suffix)

Requirements:
Three compression policies are provided:
I. All

Compress all folders in the current directory, and add the folder name with the underscore (_) and the current date (yyyymmdd) suffix.

Ii. Include

Compress the specified folder according to the Input Folder name. The suffix method is the same as above.

Iii. Exclude

Compress all folders except the name of the Input Folder. The naming policy is the same as above.

Of course, the interface should have the fourth (0) option, that is, exit.
