It is generally possible to remove all previously installed itunes directories. ITunes default installation location: C:\Program Files\itunes
How to completely uninstall itunes:
Because itunes involves multiple interdependent components, uninstall itunes and related components in the Control Panel-> Add or Remove Programs in the following order:
1. ITunes
2, QuickTime
3, Apple Software Update
4, Apple Mobile Device Support
5, Bonjour
6, Apple application Support (ITUNES9 or later)
Attention:
You may see a variety of warning messages if the uninstall order is different, or if you uninstall only certain components. After you have completely uninstalled itunes and its components, restart your computer for additional action.
Remove itunes
Note: Songs purchased from the itunes Store or imported from CDs default to the My Music folder, and will not be deleted when you delete itunes.
1, quit ITunes.
2. Select the control Panel from the Start menu settings.
3, in the Control Panel, open Add or Remove Programs.
4, select ITunes from the list of currently installed programs, then click Delete.
5. When the system asks if you want to remove ITunes, select Yes.
6, after the uninstall completes, if prompts you to restart the computer, please do not reboot.
7. If you have another itunes program item listed in Add or Remove Programs, please delete it as well.
8. In addition, remove all "IPod Update" applications in Add or Remove programs that are listed in the same way as the deleted itunes.
Delete QuickTime
1, in the "Add or Remove Programs." Select QuickTime in the list of currently installed programs, and then click Uninstall.
2. When the system asks if you want to delete the QuickTime, click "Yes".
3, after the uninstall completes, if prompts you to restart the computer, please do not reboot.
4. If you have other QuickTime program items listed in Add or Remove Programs, please also delete them.
Delete Apple Software Update
1. Select Apple Software Update in the list of currently installed programs in Add or Remove Programs, and then click Uninstall.
2. When the system asks if you want to delete Apple Software Update, click Yes.
3, after the uninstall completes, if prompts you to restart the computer, please do not reboot.
4. If you have another Apple Software Update program item listed in Add or Remove Programs, please also delete it.
Delete Apple Mobile Device Support
1. Select Apple Mobile Device Services in the list of currently installed programs in Add or Remove Programs, and then click Uninstall.
2. When the system asks if you want to delete Apple Mobile Device Services, click Yes.
3, after the uninstall completes, if prompts you to restart the computer, please do not reboot.
Note: Do not manually delete the Mobile Device Support folder located in C:\Program files\commonfiles\apple. Follow the steps above to use Add or Remove Programs.
Remove the Apple application Support (ITUNES9 or later)
1. Select Apple application Support in the list of currently installed programs in Add or Remove Programs, and then click Uninstall.
2. When the system asks if you want to delete Apple application Support, click Yes.
3, after the uninstall is completed, if you are prompted to restart the computer, please make sure that all the components in the above steps have been completely removed, to determine the restart computer.
Other matters:
After you restart your computer, go to My Documents (mydocuments)-> My Music (mymusic)-> "iTunes" directory to delete this directory
