Computer software Fault Classification

Software failure refers to the failure of computers that are not working properly due to improper configuration of the computer system, computer virus infection or improper use of the software by operators. Computer software failures are roughly divided into: Software compatibility failure, system configuration failure, virus failure, operating system failure.

(1) Software compatibility failure

Software compatibility failure refers to the application software and operating system does not use the same fault, repair such failures usually need to uninstall incompatible software, the failure can be eliminated.

(2) System configuration failure

System configuration failure refers to the failure caused by modifying system setup options in the operating system, and repairing such failures typically restores modified system parameters.

(3) Virus failure

Virus failure refers to the computer system files or applications infected with the virus and damaged, resulting in the computer can not operate correctly, repair such failures need to first antivirus, and then the destruction of the file can be repaired.

(4) Operating system failure

Operating system failure is caused by improper deletion of files or illegal shutdown of the computer program can not run or computer can not start the failure, repair such a failure will be deleted or damaged files can be restored.
