Try the following method before you try the update upgrade.

1. At the same time press Windows+r input msconfig carriage return.

2. Under the General tab, start selecting Diagnostics startup.

3. Switch to the Services tab to check "Hide Microsoft Services" and click "Disable All".

4. Click "Apply" and "OK" to reboot your computer.

5. Then try the upgrade again.

If you still do not, we recommend that you try downloading the WIN10 official version of the ISO image of the new installation try.

If you are still not upgrading, it is recommended that you use installation media for installation upgrades.
