[Microsoft] [ODBC Sql Server Driver] [TCP / IP Sockets] connectionOpen (Connect ())

Connection failed:  

Sql State: '08001'

Sql Server error: 17

[Microsoft] [ODBC Sql Server Driver] [TCP / IP Sockets] SQL Server does not exist or access is denied.

Solution:->

There are some conventional solutions on the Internet. I wo n’t repeat them here. I encountered this problem in actual use. The solutions on the Internet could not be realized. Later I solved it accidentally. Now I post the solution. It ’s very simple.

Client configuration ---- Remove the "Dynamic Port Determination" check box and manually set port 1433 to be ok
