It is also convenient to copy and paste text in the WPS text.
Here the small series provides two ways to implement the copied or moved text, depending on the area of the application:
1. Move or copy items in the same window
Select the items that you want to copy or move.
Do one of the following:
To copy, on the Start tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy or use the shortcut key Ctrl + C.
To move, on the Start tab, in the Clipboard group, click Cut or use the shortcut key Ctrl + X.
Click where you want the selected item to appear.
Click Paste in the Clipboard group or use the shortcut key to Ctrl + V.
2. Drag items between different windows
Select the items that you want to copy or move.
Do one of the following: To copy information: Hold down CTRL and drag.
To move information: Drag the selected item directly.
Drag the selected item to the document label at the destination document and become active.
Places the copied or moved item to a new location in the destination document.
Release the mouse.
On the Start tab, in the Clipboard group, in the Paste Drop-down list, you can select the formatted text, match current format, unformatted text, and paste selective four ways of pasting. Use this button to make it easier to copy and paste between different windows.

From other types of documents, select the copied content and make the copy.
Open the WPS text, right-click in the document to select Paste-only, or select paste in the Paste Drop-down menu in the Clipboard group.
You can select the formatting of the pasted content in the Paste Selective dialog box.
The format of content copied from a Web page or PDF is always bizarre. If you select unformatted text at this point, the pasted content will remain exactly the same as the format above. If not, the default style for the WPS text body is changed. As shown in the following illustration:
