1. Copy a selection into a picture

The Chinese computer Education newspaper has described the two commands--"Close all" and "Save All"--when you hold down shift in the Word window and click the File menu, which is very useful. When you work in Excel, only the "Close all" command is in the File menu. But when I hold down SHIFT and then click the Edit menu, I find the original copy and Paste commands in the Edit menu changed to copy picture and paste picture respectively. First select the range of cells you want to copy into the picture, Shift-Click the Edit menu, select the Copy Picture command, eject the Copy Picture dialog box, press the system defaults (the appearance and format are selected, as shown on screen), and then click OK. The selected table area is then copied to the picture. If you need to paste it out, just hold down the SHIFT key and click the Edit menu, select the Paste Picture command (or do not press SHIFT, choose Paste from the Edit menu, paste in pictures), and paste it into other software.

2. Selection of photographic operation

In addition to using the above method to copy a range of cells into a picture, in addition to the Excel also provides a very simple scratch tool, this is the "photography" tool. This button can be dragged and dropped onto the toolbar by right-clicking the toolbar and selecting the Custom command. From the custom dialog box that pops up, click the Commands tab, select Tools in the category in the left box, locate the photography tool in the commands in the right box, and drag and drop it to the toolbar for backup.
