Now, we can use Bart's PE builder to create a CD or DVD for the boot system. Its functions are similar to Windows PE. After guiding the system, you can create a 32-bit graphic interface operating environment, support network and remote management functions, and support various partition formats such as FAT32, NTFS, and CDFs, uses a resolution of 800x600 to diagnose or repair the system. The latest version supports Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. Step 1: Prepare In the dialog box that appears, click "Next" to go to the next step. Step 2: Set the File Source Go to the window in Figure 1 and set the file source. The meanings of each option are as follows: (1) path to Windows installation files: You can select the installation CD path for the Windows Installation File, you can also select the local hard disk or network (this requires copying the files on the installation disc to the hard disk in advance ), bart's PE builder supports Windows XP Home/professional, Windows Server 2003 web edition/Standard Edition/Enterprise Edition, and so on. Unfortunately, it does not support Windows 2000. (2) path to your already installed Windows: The existing windows system on the local computer or network displays the Windows system detected from the local computer, such as "C:/Windows ", generally, you do not need to change it. Of course, you can also select other Windows systems on the network, but it must be noted that the system version must be consistent with that in "path to Windows installation files, mainly "/i386/NTDLL. DLL files must be of the same version. For example, if you have installed SP1 on Windows XP, but the installation CD is still Windows XP, you can only re-create a Windows xp cd with SP1. Otherwise, an error is prompted. (3) add files/folders this (custom) directory to ISO: Add a custom file or folder to an ISO image file. We can add a specific file or folder here, for example, add Foxmail, flashget, and QQ, and click browse on the right. Step 3: Set Network Services 2. Tip: If the plug-in files are incomplete, click the "enable/disable" button and you will be prompted for missing files. You can download the corresponding software and install it in windows, and then follow the prompts, copy the missing file to the Plugins directory. For details, click pluginhelp. Each plug-in folder contains at least three files: *. htm, *. inf, and *. xml. You can download more plug-ins from http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/#plugin. You can also customize the plug-in by yourself, so you need to copy the corresponding file to the Plugins directory and write the corresponding inf file, which will not be repeated here. The default file output path is "C:/pebldr", while the ISO image file will be placed in the temporary directory of the system. Of course, you can also set it separately (figure 4 ), the only condition is that the target disk has sufficient available space.

Step 6: Create an ISO file Click "Next". The Bart's PE builder will immediately start creating the file. The system will first copy the necessary files from the Windows installation disc to the output directory set earlier, it takes some time. Wait for a moment, and an iso-format CD image file is created. The default file name is pebuilder. ISO. Finally, burn the ISO file to the disc to obtain a customized windows PE tool disk. After you use this tool disk to guide the system, the interface shown in Figure 5 will appear. You can operate on this interface. I believe there will be no problem.
