Plugin run error.

1 plugin file if it is registered to disk, it should be registered to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics Crm\server\bin\assembly, so if the project references other DLL files should also be copied to this folder.

2 Plugin file if it is registered to database, it should be copied to this folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics Crm\crmweb\bin If other DLL files are referenced in the project.
