In a Word2007 document, a user can crop a picture in two ways. One way is to crop pictures by using the Crop tool in the size group of the Format tab of the Picture Tools Ribbon (refer to the tutorial "cropping pictures in Word2007 documents"); Another way is to specify the size of the picture crop in the Size dialog box, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, right-click the picture you want to crop, and choose Size on the shortcut menu that opens, as shown in Figure 2009022501.

In the 2nd step, in the Open Size dialog box, switch to the Size tab. Set the crop size on the left, right, top, and bottom respectively in the crop area, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2009022502.

Tip: If the cropped picture does not meet the requirements, you can click the Reset button to restore the original size of the picture.
