Crystal Reports invoke Oracle stored procedures

Crystal Report version is 8.5

Stored procedures are:

type v_cursor is ref cursor;
end pkg_test4;

(P_CURSOR in out pkg_test4.v_cursor)
as
sqlstr varchar2(3000);

Crystal Report released to a Java application

Problem:

1, to return more than one record, you can only define stored procedures?

2. How to test stored procedures in Sqlplus?

3, in the Crystal Report can access the stored procedures, but after the release can not generate reports?
