CSS Framework available for selection

Here you have a cool framework for collecting CSS layouts created.

If you don't like frames and prefer to use your own handwritten code to promote your own development, skip this article.

I would like to have a constructive opinion that there is a choice to use its advantages to avoid its shortcomings.

Personally, I like 960grid, but I also like blueprint and Malo.

Generally when I use a framework, it is because I can have a quick get I want the site because there is a good-to-remember CSS class, because I can not have headaches in cross-browser object compatibility.
