In the classroom discussion, the students tend to be more passive, often passive thinking problems, lack of active exchanges and discussions, resulting in a bit of classroom atmosphere, the teacher is not clear whether the students are thinking about the problem. I think to solve this kind of problem to let the students say their own ideas, bold to speak, so as to achieve the purpose of the discussion. Students generally shy, embarrassed in front of the class to speak aloud their ideas. You can implement the reward system, such as the discussion of the positive performance of the students plus how many points, give full play to the students initiative.

Secondly, I think the teacher set the class reading part is very good, but the students lack of enthusiasm for reading, generally reflect not very good. I have not yet thought of a solution to this problem, there is a preliminary approach is to send the "reading notes" blog in the form of the presentation of the lecture, for example, each person on the stage for a few minutes content is his own book.

Finally, the focus of the team project is to practice multi-person cooperation to complete one thing, but the current situation is a lot of people do not cooperate, or cooperation is also installed out of cooperation. I suggest that we should further reduce the number of team members, two or three people a group, I know that this will bring too many groups, a group of a group of demonstrations is time-consuming problem, it depends on the teacher's choice!
