1. Bar chart
Applicable scenario: A two-dimensional dataset (each data point consists of two values x and y), but only one dimension needs to be compared.
Advantage: The histogram uses the height of the column to reflect the difference of the data, and the naked eye is sensitive to the height difference.
Disadvantage: The bar chart is limited to small and medium sized datasets.

20 percent Line chart

Line charts are suitable for two-dimensional large datasets, especially where trends are more important than a single data point. It is also suitable for comparison of multiple two-dimensional datasets.

3 Pie chart

Reflects the proportion of a part as a whole, which is most useful when comparing the percentage value of several data in the sum of its formation. If you want multiple series of data, you can use a doughnut chart.

4 Scatter chart

Scatter plots are suitable for three-dimensional datasets, but only two of them need to be compared. Show the relationship between the number of pairs and the trend they represent. For each number pair, one number is plotted on the x-axis and the other is plotted on the y-axis. An axis perpendicular to the intersection of two points with a marker on the chart. When a large number of these pairs are drawn, a graph appears. The important function of scatter chart is that it can be used to draw the function curve, from simple trigonometric function, exponential function, logarithmic function to more complex mixed function, can use it to draw the curve quickly and accurately, so it is often used in teaching and scientific calculation.

5 Bubble chart

A bubble chart is a variant of a scatter plot that reflects the third dimension by the area size of each point. Only for applications where the third dimension is not required to be accurately identified.

6 Radar Chart

Shows how the data changes by center point or other data. The coordinate values for each category radiate from the center point. Data from the same sequence is connected to the line. You can use a radar chart to draw several internal associative sequences, making it easy to make a visual comparison. Applies to multidimensional data (more than four dimensions). And each dimension must be sortable (nationality is not sorted). However, he has a limitation, that is, the data points of up to 6, otherwise cannot be identified. Therefore, the application of the occasion is limited. For example, if you have three machines with five identical parts, you can plot the amount of wear on each machine on a radar chart.

7. Funnel Chart
Scenario: Funnel chart is suitable for process analysis of many business processes.
Advantage: In site analysis, typically used for conversion rate comparisons, it not only shows the final conversion rate from entering the website to achieving the purchase, but also shows the conversion rate of each step and can visually identify and explain the problem.
Disadvantage: A single funnel chart cannot evaluate the conversion rate of each step in a critical process of a website.
8. Word Cloud
Application scenario: Display the word frequency, can be used to do some user portrait, user tag work.
Disadvantage: Use a single scenario.

9. Area Chart
Application scenario: Emphasize the extent to which the quantity changes over time and can also be used to draw attention to the trend of the total value. A stacked area chart can also show the relationship of a part to the whole.
